but i don't receive 3 months of free promo code.

Free 3 months Xbox live gold codes, not received

Hello,

I ordered the 3 Month XBox Live Gold Code off the Microsoft Store a few weeks ago. The promo was that I was to receive 3 months free. I did not receive the code for the 3 free months in the e-mail. My order number is 8294831016. Could someone please
assist?

Paypal Game Pass promo

I purchased a month of game pass with paypal as part of the promo to receive a free month. It said I should receive a code within 2 weeks. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received a code for a free month.

I also have not received any promo code from this same promo event. I thought it was just gonna be considered free and not have to get a promo code. Money has been taken out. Didn't get a email or nothing about this promo so i have no way of knowing if
it ever meant through.

I did it through Xbox one.

Hey, guys! That site promotion ended on 8/17/2016 (as seen in the terms below the Sign Up Now button). If you signed up through that site after that date, you will not qualify for the promotion itself.

If you made the purchase over the Xbox One through a dashboard promotion, it can take a full billing cycle before you receive the 3 months of Groove in your Xbox Live Messages.

Can you please post back when you purchased Groove, and where, so we can help determine which situation you best fit in? Thanks!

I used a 3 month prepaid code and still have not received my promo code.

I signed up for a 3-month subscription on June 15, 2018, which indicated a promo would apply where I would receive a code for an additional 3-months. The code was never sent. I checked my email and my messages on Xbox. It was never sent. Customer Service
told me to post here to receive help.

The promo stated:

Hey there -

From the Terms of Service for that promotion:

During the first 30 days, customer will receive a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically
billed as specified at signup unless cancelled. Limit 1 promo code per customer, single use only, Promo code must be used by December 29th, 2016.

Do note that when you receive a code there IS an expiration date. If you haven't received your code after 30 days of membership, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it.
