Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

The last time I had access to my account was two days ago.

I don’t remember any email account change on my Microsoft account, and I don’t see anything in my inbox that says so.

After I click “sign in” on the most recent screenshot, I just get put into the same screen as the regular sign in.

I am slightly convinced that my account got hacked or something, because my Google account said that there may be malicious software on my computer, but when I ran a full scan on windows security, I didn’t see anything.

My son’s account has been hacked and was sending people harassment messages so that included that person to then go report him and now it says he is permanently suspended and I don’t know how to solve it.
