    So I was trying to buy a game on xbox with a gift card and on the xbox store I can’t enter my code because it is not long enough. That’s my first problem because I don’t know if I will have to buy another one. Second, I tried to do it on my mac and on
    my Iphone and it kept asking me to verify my email, but when I entered it in the bar and clicked next, it asked me for a code in my emails so I went to check and there was none. So I tried something, I don’t quite remember what it was I clicked but now it
    tells me I have to wait one month to change my security things. I really don’t know what to do know. I would like some help please.

    Controllers have different generations so if you have an older controller you may have to get one thats newer and has the bluetooth feature. Not all controllers have that.

    In regard to the blank page error, this might be a network interruption/connection issue. I just want to verify, on your Windows PC device are you connected to the internet wired or wireless?

    If it's on wireless, please try to use a wired connection and then check if it works.

    Also, for us to further isolate the issue, kindly try to use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox then try to claim the Game Pass quests and achievements to see if works.
