    if it's just one particular program you need to contact them for support, as it's likely their issue, and only they can fix it

    If the audio inputs you're trying on your receiver/TV work with other devices, then it certainly seems the 360's audio has stopped working.

    Stop Groove Music From Installing When I Insert Music CD

    If I put an audio CD in, it always prompts groove as well. I have no desire to install groove. Why is microsoft annoying us with this auto prompt? When will they get the hint? Why not allow a default app for such things as Audio CD's or other media
    that has many, many apps that can play them. Makes no sense.

    Thanks again for your adivice.

    We bought a new handset and audio is now working. So turns out the old headset somehow must have ruined the audio sockets on our other handsets. Don’t know how - but for now we settle for having found another solution.
