I don't know which Microsoft account is linked to my PSN and now I can't play on Minecraft...

Do you know if it's possible to unlink my PSN and Microsoft account? Minecraft's website says you can only link it once which is really bad news because now I am left unable to play Minecraft online. This could all be solved if I could just make a new Microsoft account and link it to my PSN

Maybe you linked your phone number into your account? Try to sign in using your phone number. Okay I understand that now but it still don't help with what I need to know to fix the problem. I need to know how to unlock Microsoft from a psn account. I understamd you can go into the minecraft game and u link the account that way. But its not fixing
the issue. I can not go on my psn and create another account because it keeps saying my microsoft account is linked with another account

My issue really is that I don't know which Microsoft account is linked to the PSN network, I have tried three which all give the same answer. How do I find out the account which is linked to my PSN account?
