I've tried downloading GTA , and it have me the error saying the disc is scrached, and then I bought another disc and it gave me the same error. I tried it on a different Xbox and it worked. Why is my Xbox not accepting the game?

my billing information is correct I am buying through Xbox marketplace normally via my credit card.

Hello K1NG StarScream,

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your US Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Argentinian Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

Edit* the error says the disc is unreadable. Even if there is no game in and it's the downloaded version

Try holding the disc till xbox pulls it in don't push it in.

Perhaps orient your Xbox differently? If you had it sitting vertically, try horizontally -- or vice versa.

I get disc read errors based on the orientation of my Xbox 360 on rare occasions. Maybe that could be happening to you.

I would agree with the above statement. That's always been the best solution for me when I had that problem. Try laying it horizontally. That position is the normal state and takes a lot of stress off of the disk tray. Just a few pieces that may be relevant.

What you can do is get notified once the alert is over. Visit our

and click on "Notify me" to receive a text message once this all blows over. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter.

The server status site is also having issues due to the service alert so please be patient n all this until it is resolved.

Are you saying that a music app on the Xbox One starts as soon as your headset is plugged in? What game are you playing?

Or are you saying that you are hearing radio stations in your headset while it is plugged into the controller? (That doesn't seem right... radio stations don't broadcast at 2.4 or 5.0 GHz bands, as far as I know.)

Usually this kind of code ships to your xbox live messages directly or to your email a few weeks after you launch and play the purchased game once on the profile. So technically you should get the code after getting Halo Wars 2.

This is how it worked with Gears of War 4 and the free first games.

Should the terms and conditions (read the fine print) of your purchase state otherwise you might need to wait a bit still as they ususally roll out codes within specific delays and it is almost never instantly after purchase.

If you still feel something is wrong, contact Microsoft store support directly from their page!
