Wifi signal interference is most likely the cause of your issue. Have a look at the steps in this support page, Troubleshoot
xbox one wireless connection, especially Step 3 and Step 14 of the Wireless network troubleshooting section. You may find that repositioning the console may help. As mentioned above a ethernet wired connection to the console is superior to Wifi
where interference is prevalent.

This is probably a problem with your network, as on other devices it is still slow. But you can try to clear your network cache on the Xbox, check the type of NAT, and also try to put the cable directly on the console.

Without a doubt the best way to use the obline console is with the cable connected, see with your father if there are other alternatives to be able to help you.

as you are having slowness on your other devices is an issue with you own network, there is nothing we can do for you.

what download and upload speeds are you getting, going ethernet route maybe your only option, or even get a pair of powerline adapters to see if that boosts the connection.
