I don't know what to do ive restarted like 3 times is it because I tried to get into Beta...

So I downloaded the new collection 3 but got no new dlc..?? Iv went to download again plenty of times iv ever restarted the my xbox and router I don't know what to do??

well, basically i have tried many times to change it and fill out a few differant password restart forms.. and the emails i get regarding them say that they dont have enough answers correct to follow up with it.. and its begining to make me upset because
im paying for xbox live.. and its not working and no matter what i do i cant get it fixed. ive spoken to 3 different representives them having basically no clue what to do other then, password restart .. which is not helping!

Let's see if we can't get you messaging again, without having to use a back compat title. (Interesting work-around by the way, that's the first we've heard of it so kudos to you for figuring something out!) Go ahead and try

updating your security proofs. When we have people do this, they're generally able to start messaging again so give that whirl and let us know how it goes!

Usually this kind of code ships to your xbox live messages directly or to your email a few weeks after you launch and play the purchased game once on the profile. So technically you should get the code after getting Halo Wars 2.

This is how it worked with Gears of War 4 and the free first games.

Should the terms and conditions (read the fine print) of your purchase state otherwise you might need to wait a bit still as they ususally roll out codes within specific delays and it is almost never instantly after purchase.

If you still feel something is wrong, contact Microsoft store support directly from their page!
