Discus and support I dont know what is happening in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When i try to swich to my account somthing pop out but its to fast that i can´t even read a word so i dont know if my accout got suspended or something...     Hello Captain X Ray,

    It could be a variety of factors. If there are multiple users or devices on your home network using bandwidth, that will slow down your downloads on Xbox One. If those devices are doing something bandwidth-intensive, like streaming video or downloading large
    files, the impact will be greater.

    In the case of one slow download, the best remedy is patience. It sounds like your DLC was downloading at a faster clip which is good. If this problem is consistent, try troubleshooting by turning off other devices and see if your download speeds pick up.

    okay so i decided to redownload dyinglight. so i plugged in my ethernet cable to the xbox one so itd most likely go faster. so then i checked my download speed within the xbox and it said 55.56 down and 4.81 up. so then i went to my queue and it said my
    dyinglight is download at a speed of 3mbps -10mbps and occasionally itll go to 20 then slowly go back down after 3 seconds. (im guessing where it shows your mbs in your queue is your download speed) if the xbox says its downloadibg ganes at around 50mbs -60mbs
    why is it only downloaidng dying light at 6mbps? i downloaded the dlcs first and they said they were downloading at around 40-55 and downloaded in minutes. but this 23 gb download has been taking almost 2 hours now and im not sure why. in guessing its because
    of this cortana update. ever since games been taking longer to download then is supposed to

    to rule out a suspension or anything be sure to check out
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    it will show any account suspensions if any are present.

    Also be sure to try a Power cycle via the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console to see if that makes any difference.

    If that does not help and no enforcement actions are present on your account try Redownloading it via the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Hello there @Mau Daran, I hope everything is going well!
    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. It was actually a service outage, but it was resolved which is why I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

    If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

    In case the issue still persists after the previous steps have been performed here is the official link to all the network troubleshooting steps that can help sort this out for you.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out!
