I don't know the reason for which my family member was suspended

Hello,

Three days ago my child was suspended for one year, and I don't understand the reason for such subscription. When I check the family safety settings for my child's account, I get an error message that the detailed information cannot be displayed. I tried to enter in contact with an agent, but without success. Do you know how can I receive this information?

In this situation, the best course of action is to visit your Enforcement page.

We can't contact them directly via chat. Have you checked the e-mail inbox of your child?

Since you are having issues, please access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

If your account was suspended, someone using your account did. The account was suspended, not the individual. Have you EVER given your account information to any user for ANY reason, even if that person is someone you believe you trust or is a family member?

I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?

At this point I don't think I'll get it back. Either way I was thinking on moving strictly to PC instead of playing on both PC and Xbox. This Just helped make my decision very easy. At least I don't have to pay $60 every year I guess that's one upside
