Same I just got banned indefinitely and no reason was given, I don't even know what I did and I don't want to lose my accounts or all of the stuff I bought

Does anyone know if it's safe to go online yet. I haven't loaded the game since the update as a don't want to lose my stuff.

I'm signed into my own account and I used the codes when I was. I'm playing online under my profile. I don't know my friends password. The only reason I don't want to reset the console is I don't want to lose the game and have to spend $60 to buy it again.

In these type of cases, the only way to sort this out then is by going to the log in page with a secondary email and once there select “forgot password.” Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you the link to a form .
