I dont know my other email account for game pass..

If you can't find it using their step by step guide, unfortunately the only way to try to "recover" (or remember) the email address you used on game pass is to try to fill in the Microsoft recovery form and test the emails that you own.

The only thing I can suggest is to check the main console that your account is on as the email address associated with your gamertag will be displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen. It will alternate between your gamertag, email address and
number of friends online/messages/gamerscore.

if you have forgotten your password you can then change the password via outlook.com as it will change your password for your email and your xbox live account at the same time.

My other account has game pass im trying to use cloud but forgot the email i know the recovery and gamer tag ***PII Removed*** but they said it dont word.

You would need to somehow figure out what email you used. There isnt any way to recover an account without it.

Ok so I couldn't make a new post.

So my daughter has an account we know the gamer tag for which is being charged for game pass but we can't cancel it because she can't access her email and can't login to account because dont know details.

And shes been told Microsoft wont help because she doesn't know her email but yet you are charging her for game pass.

How is this fair?

Wont matter best advice make a new account and set a pass code dont let anyone know the email or pass
