Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are seeking a way to change the email that is associated with your account.

Typically, even if you have deleted the email address that is associated with your Microsoft account, it still continues to be used as the username of the account.

In order to
change the email address associated with your account you will need to sign into your account via the
Manage how you sign in to Microsoft link on the
Your info section of your account.

Once this is done, you will need to pass a security to assure that you are the owner of the account. If you are unable to clear this check, you should still have the option to add an additional security proof for you to be able access your account, after
a certain time span.

Keep in mind that you will need to verify any email or phone you add to the account by recieving a verification code, otherwise you will be unable to configure this as your primary.

Minecraft has lately been having lots of problems and that would be because of the new cross platform update and this kind of problem has been coming up lots of times but in the near future it should start to work we cant fix that kind of problem the only
thing i think that could work is Clearing your Persistant Storage let me know if that works

Hi I couldn’t find a section for external hard drives but recently my hard drive has been acting up it says it’s ready then disconnects and it also shows all my storage but none of my games are installed they are all uninstalled this has recently started happening when my Xbox got damaged so I don’t know if that’s got something to do with it so if someone has any ideas to why this is happening can you let me know thank you
