I don't know how to recover my minecraft account back

Account data is stored on highly encrypted servers, and few people can access these servers. On the other hand, if any community team member can directly access the user's Microsoft account data, it will be a huge information security crisis.

I did try, but I migrated my Minecraft account to this Microsoft account, and I don't need to recover it. I need to restore Minecraft itself on my account because it's not working on my account!

How exactly is it not working? Any error messages? The more detail the better.

I migrated my account in the past, but i stopped playing for 3 to 4 years due to some personal issues. Now that i logged onto my microsoft account i couldnt play the game and it said i didnt have an account until i changed the profile name. Once i changed it i got logged into the luncher and everything was good until i found out it was a new account not a simple profile change. I played in alot of servers and i am missing out on everything i worked on when i had the game and i want my account back.

Can anyone help, or is there a way to fix this.

If you didnt go through the migration process (which the warned about via email on numerous occasions over the last 2-3 years) then this would be why you lost access.
