I believe it is an error of the application itself and not the Xbox, because it only happens with two types of applications I suggest you contact the support of the application to see what could be happening.

My xbox now keeps making some squeaking noise and theres in disc inside.

Try the reset as suggested by Oggy, If not you should be able to go to your retailer to get an exchange. (this would be quicker than getting MS to comment).

My headset wouldn't work at all except for a high pitch squeaking noise, I had to get GAME UK to replace the headset,

I had an issue like this with my Xbox making high pitched "squeak squeak" noises, I did the advanced repair and was sent a new Xbox one and a prepaid shipping label to send my noisy one back, it cost about 15 dollars which is negligible compared to my peace
of mind and shiny new quiet Xbox one.

Haha, I'm assuming it's the metal spring causing the squeaking and not the plastic?

Annoyingly I just grabbed my Titanfall controller to squeak the trigger... And it's not squeaking, welcome back to the family again old friend!
