    Your account privacy settings may be preventing you from receiving your gifts.

    Go to https://account.xbox.com/Settings and ensure you haven't selected to block or restrict any privacy and online safety features. If some options are set to Block, you may experience interference or reduced functionality in your gameplay experience.

    Verify your privacy settings set to "Everyone" for "You can see and upload community creations" and "See other people's Xbox Live profiles (Xbox 360: Profile Viewing)"?

    Double check the age setting for your account and make sure it's over 18 and not listed as a child account.

    Bit confused what the issue here is as, while your title talks about user created stuff, the substance of the post is about not being able to receive gifts in your FH4 account?

    As to seeing user creations, I have never seen an option to view or upload user created content onto the XBox Live network, at least not from within the game anyway

    Hello,

    The exact privacy setting to enable user generated content is:

    “You can see and upload community creations” - set to “Everybody” This option is under “Game content” - Xbox live privacy.

    You can see and upload community creations

    Decide whose community creations you want to see.

    Blocking this may affect whether you can upload your own creations in some games.

"You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text" Then, switch over to the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab: Allow: "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live" "You can add friends" I hope this helps.
