I dont have the credits for my XboxLive Renewal since 2015-2016-2017

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

On Xbox One I have the 2015, 2016 and 2017 versions. I was looking to get the another ones, but I don't like physical copies.

i have same issue i dont have anycredit cards but use paypal for shopping online etc and so i go to buy points or renew xboxlive and it asks for a credit card total waste of service if i had a credit card id just youse that

Hi wade the weird. We looked at your account and the pending Credits is from November 2016. We are not seeing Credits from 2013-2015. Since it is less that 5000 Credits pending, an automatic deposit was not triggered. You can request one though on your MyRewards
page.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you were not eligible for payback Credits on your purchases. For example, since 2017 you have not made any purchases or completed any offers. Since you did
not make any purchases, you did not receive any Credits from payback, and since you did not complete any offers, you did not earn any Credits from offers.

The only Credits you had were 250 from one survey in December 2017. The remaining 102 were from the Gems you had at the time of your opt out. We do not see you ever having 2000+ Credits, except back in November 2015, from our Gears of War offer. You requested
a deposit of these Credits in April 2016, so they would have been in your mid-May deposit that year.
