    I ordered a customized xbox one controller 6 days ago. It seems like my order hasnt been treated.

    I dont have any news of shipment. Is this normal ?

    Do you mean a Design Lab controller? Those can take 2-3 weeks to ship since they're customized. So it's normal it hasn't shipped after 6 days.

    Do you mean a Design Lab controller? Those can take 2-3 weeks to ship since they're customized. So it's normal it hasn't shipped after 6 days.

    Hey there, another thing you should do immediately is find the copy of the email where they should’ve sent you the receipt for your order. Just to be safe print it out and put it aside for reference just in case you delete the actual email and if you don’t
    see any updates by the end of this weekend, then contact support and see what can be checked on
