    I have not gotten my madden 19 hall of fame add on packs for mut and all of my friends have theirs

    You need to contact Xbox Support to know what happened to You, but check your payment and billing and see If the game is there or search for the game on Store and check If appears the message that You own the game.

    I am having the same issue. I’ve spent more time troubleshooting the issue in contact with Xbox support and EA support than playing the game so far. Their only response is to be patient and that they are aware of the issue. They have let me know that they
    should show up but no time line as to when.

    Have you checked in the Ready to Install section of your My Games and Apps or clicked on Manage Game to see if there are pending updates for it?
