I bought the game black ops 3 during the rewards points promotion which was supposed to give me 15,000 points when i bought the game, however I never got the points. Please respond.

Rewards not depositing points

the Ads for rewards said that if I renewed gold or made my first purchase online, I would receive points. I downloaded a skyrim addon almost 3 months ago and renewed live on the 8th of this month. I have not gotten my points though. The only points
I have are from the surveys I have taken.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. In order to get the 15,000 credits, the game had to be purchased as a physical disc from Microsoftstore.com. There was another offer to receive either 5,000 or 10,000
credits (depending on the version you preordered) if you ordered digitally by September 30

This was part of an official/formal complaint against a profile. I had to tag the reference ID number and other information. How it all works I'm not entirely sure but every time I tried to apply for a case review the website bounced me back to the home
page. So after many hours trying to make it work and even trying on a friend's phone, I was told to do this by Support as you can see in the photos.

You file an unauthorized access case and tier 3 deals with your issue with the pet team and you must wait to hear from tier 3

They contact you but there is no time table for the investigation thought been known to be 5-7 sometimes 2 weeks

However your account in locked while they investigate

However it should be noted that suspensions do not get removed as you are responsible for your account at all times

Only cases liken cheater watermark cases the cheater is removed
