I don't have bluetooth on my computer!

I recently got a new computer/tower pc and it doesn't have any bluetooth options. So all my 400 dollars wireless gear from my last pc is now useless. Otherwise, I have to get this wireless bluetooth adapter **** and i ait buying more things for this pc to run. I tried a lot of things liked restarting the computer, looking at these videos on how to enable bluetooth, etc but none of them work. I'm running out of patience and I might just quit using windows.

if your computer doesn't have Bluetooth and a Bluetooth antenna it's not going to work. You can purchase a Bluetooth adapter for under $10 from Amazon

I don't use a controller, I use a Bluetooth mouse and it's connected wirelessly

I don't have a controller or another mouse to connect to my computer

Thanks for the response, unfortunately I tried those steps originally and they didn't help. The firmware is up to date and I don't need it paired via USB, I need it paired via Bluetooth.

I mentioned that after removing the device from the Bluetooth menu that it no longer appears in the pairing dialogue because my computer seems to be ignoring it. Both the Bluetooth adapter and Xbox One S controller pair perfectly on any of my other computers.
The problem lies somewhere in Windows settings. Please read my original post for more information.

I have a similar issue with the XBox Controller S (Bluetooth One)

I have to resync it to my computer via Bluetooth whenever I charge it, It doesn't matter if I use my PC or a regular outlet to charge my controller whenever I unplug it the light starts flashing and I have to resync it via Bluetooth.

There is no option to "Connect" either I have to delete the XBController profile and then repair it to my computer in order to use it again and it's really getting on my last nerve.

Anybody have any ideas on how to fix it?

I don't have bluetooth on my computer, it happens with both controllers through a wired connection and wirelessly using the xbox wireless adapter.

I tried on my laptop and I don't have the issue there, which is why I thought it might be a driver issue and tried reinstalling the drivers, but maybe I missed a driver.
