I don’t have any wireless networks available

So i recently took apart my xbox one ans cleaned it. And when i put it back together everything was working fine. I had left it on and i guess it had reset and now the wireless networks are gone. I already tried unplugging the router and the hard reset.
Any ideas???

Do you guys happen to have any wireless accessories for the console? Like Turtle Beach or Tritton brand headsets?

If not how many wireless networks does your console see on the "available networks" screen?

The lock means that the network is password protected. You'll need to enter the password in order to use it.

Thanks for helping me out!!

Unfortunately I don’t have any other available wireless networks to try it on. My next troubleshooting option is to try removing my Xbox Live profile and rebooting. (I’m away from home right now)

After resetting my Xbox, I was able to download my game no problem, but it thinks I’m not connected to the internet when I try logging into the game. (Elder Scrolls Online)

If you go to Xbox Network Settings, under Available Networks, can you see the name of your wireless network, or any wireless network for that matter?

Appreciate if you could post up the make and model of your router and your modem as well (if this is not a single device).

Which security method are you using, to secure your wireless network (WEP, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK)?

Also, make sure the name of your wireless network (SSID) have no spaces in it.
