    I don't have any access to my Microsoft account in whole. Who can help?


    My accounts got all hacked into and the email and password were change to some random persons email account. I lost acces too my Minecraft account of 6 years and same with the microsoft account. Is there any way how to fix this or get at least my Minecraft account back?

    The console needs to bet to home for the accounts who purchase the games. My house is setup to have my account as the home console, I purchase everything through my account then the whole family can access it.

    The account I'm trying to recover is suspended And blocked So no-one can access it even Microsoft (which I think this a lie)
    Microsoft support agent don't have access to the account and don't help

    My parental email got hacked and i cannot accept the new terms of use... This is really frustrating!!

    I can't really give you a definite answer to that as I don't work for Microsoft, nor do I have the ability to change any sort of settings. The only thing I know is that Xbox Support can only do so much when it comes to Microsoft Account issues, as that's
    a whole different department.

    A Microsoft Account controls a lot more than just access to Xbox LIVE unfortunately.

    No, if as I stated, his email is a Microsoft one, it will delete his whole account. He will not have access to any of the Microsoft products and services he currently uses.

    thanks, I've filled out the form but have been denied and as for Minecraft since I've migrated to Microsoft so when I log in I need access to my Microsoft account. I noticed that it said my odds would be better if I did it from a computer that already logged onto the Microsoft account I currently don't have access so I messaged my brother who does have access and asked him to fill it out for me. from my understanding there isn't much you can do so I once again thank you for your help I just figured I would update you on my situation in case you had some knowledge that could help me further. have a good day :)
