Hi DJSmurf2008,

If you've registered to preview Xbox One updates but still get a “Group Not Found” error when you try to access the private Xbox One Early Access forum, your registration probably hasn't been processed yet. Once it goes through, you should receive
access to the private Xbox Early Access forum within two business days.'

If you do not have forum access by then, please let us know and a mod will give you access. When you have access you can visit the forum at the link below.

While I understand how upset you feel over this issue, this is not the place to discuss anything about the Xbox One Preview program. You will need to post in the private forums for this program if you have access to it. If you don't have access to the private
forums yet, you will need to wait 2 business days since you were accepted into the program according to this FAQ:

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-update-preview-faq

the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort your access out once they see your message.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
