I don't have access to Fortnite Save the World anymore?

When I was redownloading Fortnite, I made sure to download save the world along with it, so yes, the add-on is downloaded. I will check again later to see if it has changed.

I checked my order history, and yes, I did buy Save the World on the account. Furthermore, I bought the upgrade from standard to the deluxe upgrade. I do understand that I am not able to share any images or order numbers but I assure you in April of 2019 I bought the Standard Founders Pack and now when going into Fortnite and trying to load into it, I don't have it. If you have any ways in which you can resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

However, in case the issue persists, please try performing a physical power cycle:

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps.
Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important: If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

After that, remove your profile from the console and add it back.

Can you review if the Save the World add-on is enabled on your Xbox?

This can be done by highlighting Fortnite > Manage Game & Add-ons > check Save the World.

As your account owns Save the world, you should be able to see it listed there.
