Discus and support I don't have a clue what happened in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was playing a game online with some friends. I then noticed I couln't hear them in the party chat.     I don't have a clue what happened


    I was playing a game online with some friends. I then noticed I couln't hear them in the party chat. I look in the chat and it says I was disconnected. I don't know why. 10 minutes later I still can't hear and still disconnected and then I get kicked from
    the game. Then I kicked from my xbox. I couldn't sign in until after I reset my xbox. Had to wait another 20 minutes before I was able to sign back in. Can anyone explain this non sense that just happened to me?

    its just something that happens every now and again if you leave the party and re join it should work

    Normally means your wifi is down or an error happened when trying to play or talk and normally that is when a power cut happens so check your power button and see if it is running if not that is your solution.

    it's possible that the xbox live system experienced problems, defiing you that when you have any similar problems you check the system status from the official website

    When I notice issues similar to yours I just reset my router. It usually takes care of the problem.
