None of the volunteers in this D-I-Y forum have access to the private information regarding bans. The only folks who do are the agents on the Policy Enforcement Team and they are in Forums 15, as mentioned above. However, you can check in your email for

I bought a $8.00 vbuck card from walmart and just redeemed it. I never got the vbucks i contacted epic and they said i need to contact xbox support to see what gamertag did the vbucks go to.

I bought it more than 2 weeks ago, i wanted to buy xbox gold 3 month subscription with the promotion of the 1000 vbucks, i talked to a xbox representative becouse i had a problem buying it and he bought it there, and now i dont recieve the 1000 vbucks
