    I don't get requested gems


    For a long time I've been waiting for a lot of my owned my VIP gems. I don't know why, but some of them are still only marked as "requested" (for me in Germany it is "angefordert" I don't know what it is in America, but I hope you'll understand) but I don't
    get them for my vault.

    All in all it summarized to nearly 300 until today (the oldest are from 10th march 2017!!!) and when the system will change soon, I hope to get them at least before they will just vanish.

    redeemed Gems not deposited

    I redeemed 250 gems twice for a total of 500 Gems and requested the 5000 Microsoft points both times. It showed it went through and deducted my Gems but no points were ever deposited. Please deposit the 10,000 MS points to my account.

    Incorrect rewards deposited into account

    Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So it sounds like you requested a deposit and then redeemed gems for the 10,000 rewards credits. So what you got was the deposit you requested. The credits
    you redeemed from the gems would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We see that these Gems were claimed, and you can see them as part of your vault total at the top of the vault page. This appears to be a translation error that we have escalated to that team to resolve.

    VIP Point claimed but not deposited

    Gems don't get deposited. They accumulate until you use them to buy something in the vault. Gems do not expire.

    The option to request a deposit is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So you would not have been able to request a deposit at 21,000 credits. If you request a deposit and then redeemed gems for rewards credits,
    the credits from the gems are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.
