I don't get any Microsoft rewards points for months now.

No, the points get deposited once a month.

From the FAQ:

Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account once per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your Total
Rewards Points Awarded.

As stated on the Rewards site, the program is shutting down at the end of the month and turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. You had until June 15 to use your gems in the vault. Since it is now past that deadline. Any remaining gems you had would
be converted to Microsoft Rewards points at the end of the month.

Support will check your other purchases (keep in mind that in order to receive credits, they either have to be part of a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates), but for the preorder
offer, you have to preorder 3 games and then you'll receive the 15,000 credits. There are no offers to receive 15,000 credits for one preorder at this time.

As stated in your other thread, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. That offer ended July 1, 2014.
