    Hi when I want to buy something on the site for my XB 360 it says I need a security thing I entered my E-Mail and I should get a code but I didn't get one.

    I did this too and talked with Customer Support. They said you can't play on PC with Game Pass. Even though a Sea of Thieves ad pops up at my Windows 10 start button for the Microsoft Store, and clearly says "Play Free with Game Pass" with $59.99 crossed
    out. Why would this pop up on my Windows 10 PC when you can't play on PC with Game Pass? It's very misleading. Plus, now that I've activated my two-week trial on Game Pass, it's going to be wasted. They can't pause it ... I asked.

    I don't get it

    1. I signed an account on xbox.com.

    2. I activated code for "xbox pass" 30 days.

    3. When I open "xbox pass" games, I see there Sea of Theives - avalible for free with xbox pass.

    4. I click on "try for free with xbox pass".

    5. I've being automatically redirected to buy page.

    What? No matteh how many time I did that, two pages are linked together forever.

    Click "try with xbox pass" > redirected to buy page

    Click on buy page "get xbox pass" > redirected to previos page

    I don't get it I don't get a code? :(

    I don't get a code?

    I've found that it can take a long time for emails to get through. What I did was add my home phone number and have the code sent there. The call is immediate.

    I really don't get this.

    The code of conduct doesn't list specific words. If the words or wording you use falls into one of the categories the code does list, it can get you suspended.

    Yes, I saw this article, but unfortunately it could not help me. I tried to log into the account, reinstall the game, restart the PC, tried to enter the game from another computer, check if there is a connection between the steam and xbox accounts, but none of this helped I am also attaching a screenshot that the conditions are met.
