I don’t deserve to get banned

Hey i just got banned for enjoying playing a game when another player texted me and sed i was trash i didnt be to mean back to where we cept calling me trash and other kinds of words and was very disrespectful then i got mad and roasted him and he reported
me for no reason i didnt want to talk to him he just wanted to get me bannd because i was better then him at a game please unbanne me i dont dervere this i havent played xbox in a long time and when i finally got to enjoy myself playing it i get banned bc
a goy laft at me and called me names i just want to enjoy a good time on xbox playing games and messeging friends and have freedome of speech please unbanne me so i can text friends and get to know knew ppl and injoy a knew experience with Microsoft

Unfortunately, Xbox Live is a private platform owned and operated by Microsoft. In order to sign-up and use the platform you had to agree to its terms of service. Those terms of service outlines what can and cannot be shared (including but not limited to
certain types of rude or profane language) over Xbox Live and the Enforcement Actions that can be put in place on your account as a violation of said user agreements.

You should take a look at the Community Standards this platform operates under, and backtrack the behavior and encounters that led to you being reported. If someone eggs you on, being mean back to them is how they get you. The 'block' feature exists on Xbox

Keep in mind, Xbox Support nor anyone here on the forums can help you with anything relating to Enforcement Actions (otherwise known as suspensions and bans.) That is all deferred to the Xbox Live Enforcement Team. Anything to do with Enforcements on your

Next time I would suggest to ignore player and juts report them in return. If you look on enforcement website it will tell you what you can and cant do as far as playing games and language. Go to the enforcement.com website and see if it give you an option
for appeal. You can go there and try to plead your case and see what happens. Nobody has control over the enforcement website to unban you and its nobody to talk to. Everything will be handled from that site and that site alone.

here on xbox we have to keep the good vibes calling each other names or reacting in a negative manner back to this other player wasn't the right move man. I don't have any power of unbanning you but in the future just report the player who called you trash
and keep moving. Sending you good vibes for the future.

Is there any other way i I can get in contact with them because they denied my appeal even tho I don’t think I deserve a perma ban maybe like a account ban I’ve only been banned 6 times there’s no way I should be at the level of a perma right? I mean I know my friend said he’s been banned like 15 times and he’s still here so why am I getting a perma ban
