I don't deserve to get banned l done nothing wrong

You would need to go to the enforcement page HERE for info on your ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

No one on the forums can do anything.

I have not done anything wrong to deserve this ban as there are people who still play and have changed many things in the console

You can always contact the enforcement team and appeal againgst your ban as you have the right too if you believe you have done nothing wrong too deserve it in the firstplace. You will have too contact them directly as they do not use the xbox forums.

most of these coms bans are for 24 hours and so nothing can be done.

That is a really good point.... I do feel that the enforcement team should at least look into this because this is very hard on the people who have done nothing wrong. Don't get me wrong, I approve of console banning for cheaters, but when the innocent are
hung with the guilty, there are steps that need to be taken to make sure the people who have done nothing wrong get their consoles back

If you have done nothing wrong, then you should not get a ban.
