I do not see a deposit button on my xbox rewards account where my points are.

Okay, So I have about 6,000 points and I still have not received them in my Microsoft store. Please help me.

Points didn't deposit

My Xbox rewards points were supposed to deposit today, but now it is acting like I never clicked to deposit them. It still has my rewards credits, and has a button to deposit them on the 13. The item I was going to use them for is time sensitive, which is
why I'm here. I just want my points deposited into my xbox live account.

Hi Xbox Rewards I keep getting a message that my account needs to update in order to deposit my rewards point. I've update my account numerous of time but no points have been deposit. I'm lost at this point and don't know what to do please
help.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. Since you have over 5,000 they are automatically scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Generally if you get to
5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
