    Hey l DonfaMx l! I'm afraid that Jameser78 here is correct. If you were not able to provide enough information to regain access of your account then you'll need to create a brand new account. If those games and your old profile are still downloaded to your
    console you should be able to access them with the licence that is tied to your console! :)
