I need to set my email address as the primary alias of my microsoft account, so it tells me that an email has been sent to this address. I can't receive the email, the address is correct and there is nothing in the junk mail. I hope you can help me.

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can see this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then checking your
billing email from that screen. Is the email displayed there the same email that you are checking?
