I do not receive bandwidth on my console

I do not receive the bandwidth on my console, when I perform the connection test it gives me a result of 6 or 7 mb of download and 4 or 5 mb of load. when in reality they should reach 60 mb which is my contracted speed. this is curious because to download
a game or an app on the xbox if it reaches 60 mb. I have spoken with the company but they tell me that the parameters of my network are fine ... I don't know what else to do

Cristian, sorry you are having problems. As you correctly determined your connection speed will not equal your download or game speed. That is determined by the servers (there are many) capabilities. For most downloads, due to high demand, they are limited
at <5mb/s. It is best to load at night, overnight!

Make sure you use the best DNS to find a source, not your ISP's. Search the web and for general use, I find 8.8.8.8 and backup 8.8.4.4 (Google) as the best.

The game distributors like Activision have their own issues too. If you want more details then give us more.

Its very important to use hdr compatible cables and if you use a switcher or a receiver between tv and xbox its best not to do so

For the best sound configuration all devices should be connected direct to tv with optical out to receiver or subwoofer

If you have low bandwidth devicea they can be used on receiver or switch

Hdr devices eat a lot of bandwidth

Also check your tv manial to make sure yoi use thw right hdr port

Just want to start out by saying that we have an alert in Australia that is very close to what you are describing, if you are in Australia be sure to keep an eye on the
status page to keep updated on the process. If you are not in Australia can you try a fresh start on the console and your router/modem by unplugging them for a full 5 minutes.

I tried this on my new Xbox Series X and it is not working. The moment I turn off my xbox, the bandwidth monitor on my router goes to idle for the xbox. And the moment I pressed and held the controller button, the bandwidth monitor shows actvity shows max bandwidth used by xbox since it's instant on.

I did the powercycle thing. No dice. Any other solutions? My console and controllers are all up to date as of today.
