I do not receive any verification codes on Gmail

IMPORTANT: Refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, phone numbers, etc.

As community users like you, we are not able to enter or check information, and everything we comment can be seen by anyone on the internet. Doing so may expose your data.

That being said, it is important to mention that Microsoft only sends the verification code as long as you're inserting the correct previously associated email address.

Therefore, if the code is not in the spam or inbox folder, this means that you didn't insert the correct email address.

Additionally, there are other reasons for not receiving a code and Microsoft has created a guide, you can try each potential solution described there before attempting to ask for a new code:

I did all the basic trouble shooting and it does nothing.

The issues with receiving a verification email has been going on for at least a year.

Nothing is coming through on the alternate email address. The suggestions above where already addressed in my initial post.

So no, no of that helped.

ALSO I was just on the phone with microsoft service for an hour, and I need to file a complaint. I was hung up on 4 times. Each time I called back I made sure the rep had my phone number in case I was cut off again. We don't have an issue with dropped calls here, doesn't happen, but it happened 4 times in one hour with microsoft. Never got a call back. So on top of fixing me not getting a verification code I need to file a complaint about customers service.
