Unfortunately there is no way to know the email address associated with external services, in this case I would recommend you to contact PS support and see if from their system it is possible to know which Microsoft account you have linked to your PS account.

I am having the same problem he is. I am trying to connect my Xbox one minecraft account to my new PlayStation 5 account and it is saying the account is already connected to a PlayStation network account when I have never even owned a PlayStation. How do I unlink the account? And how would I know what account is even linked?

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the link between your PlayStation Network and Microsoft account. Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation Network account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

Please be aware that If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation Network accounts can only be re-linked to the originally linked account. For further information, please visit our Minecraft for PlayStation FAQ:

Long story short, there is no way I am able to play multiplayer on my Playstation until they update their trash policy to make it so that I can link MY account.

bought sea of thieves and accidentally linked my deleted Microsoft account to my PlayStation one. I know longer can play the game anymore because I can’t connect it to my new Microsoft account. I was wondering if yall could delete my old Microsoft account from my PlayStation account.

Microsoft cant do that since the linking is starts from Sony's end.

So basically you can never link a different Microsoft account to your Playstation account. It will be forever tied to the deleted Microsoft account.

Keep in mind this is a restriction imposed by Sony. Not Microsoft.

I have to full error msg now, I'm able to login to Microsoft on any other device but not PS4 for some reason,

"Oops! Looks like the Microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on the "PlayStation Network"

Please sign in with a Microsoft account that is not already linked on

Is the error msg, I can't login with another because this is my only Microsoft account and idk how to logout with this one on playstation without knowing where it is logged into.
