I do not know how to fix party chat! it says connection error. Please help me

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem, I suggest you follow these steps, try turning your console on and off. Follow these instructions.

1. Press and hold the power button on the console for 10 to 15 seconds.
2. Unplug the power supply at the rear for a few seconds
3. Reconnect the power supply to your console.
4. Turn on your Xbox and a green Xbox screen should appear.

When I invite someone to party or join someone it says connecting and then it’s will say party chat disconnected and then I can’t join any of my friends does any one know how to fix?

That is for a diffent error code. I copied and pasted below what the error code says word for word.

Something went wrong with your party. Try again later.

[0x8923180B]

No one seems to know what is wrong. Even googled this error code and there is no explanation on how to fix it. Can you please help me.

Party chat should work no matter what game you are in, game chat will differ in yours and your friends settings.

Let’s start a party chat, do you get any orange or red error messages? Such as cannot connect to party chat or an error as occurred?

I am having the same issue and nobody is helping me. How can this happen and nobody do anything about it. Has anyone found a fix? Please help. My games will not load but I can talk in party chat and everything.
