Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with refund and game. When it comes to refunds they are all handled by the refund team. Which is accessed through the refund request form then email. There are many factors to a refund. Like
when it was purchased, how long you played it and if had any other refunds. These are just a few. As we are not the refund department you would need to reply to the emails. I will be locking this thread to prevent repetitive answers.

I am having the same issue with the game telling me that it had a problem with the update, I never even saw it updating to begin with. Anyway no matter how many time I press "try again" it won't work and just tells me the same thing. I have been waiting
for this game to come to Xbox One for a very long time and I am pretty unhappy about this. I should also mention that I bought it yesterday evening while it still had a preorder tag on it and didn't try to play it until about an hour ago. I also bought the
digital version not the disc but I guess it doesn't matter because someone else in another forum said they bought a hard copy and are experiencing the same issue as us. Please resolve this soon.

Hi thank you for your reply. I was able to request a refund. For the purchase I used both my debit card and a 25-dollar account credit. Will I receive both of those back? How long will it take for the 25 dollars to be re-credited to my account? Thank you again.
