I provided minecraft support both purchase and receipt codes & my username. They pointed me to microsoft support. Unfortunately, neither my normal email or my phone is linked to the account. I created this Microsoft account, just to make this post, and will delete this account once solved.

Is there a way to contact microsoft support personnel and can they access purchase database of minecraft, in order to find the email address. I do not need it to be reset, I just need the email (unless resetting it is the only option).

I would find it weird that microsoft would have more access to my account than support in Minecraft's side, but here we are.

Minecraft as a purchased product is entirely dealt with Microsoft as a vendor. The purchase of the game is also intrinsically linked with the Microsoft account itself, this is why they can provide more support here.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

You can go to this link: [support.microsoft.com/home/contact] and input 'Account Access' and then go to 'Contact Support'.

Once you're there, you can go to 'Microsoft 365 and Office' > 'Manage Account Security' and you will be able to talk to a support agent.

If was an account made on Minecraft Java you should contact Mojang support maybe they have the possibility to check the email information or to change the email on the account if you know the account information, if was a Bedrock account, you could try the options mentioned here

thank you but i downloaded it and i signed up using the email that i used for minecraft so when i went to add child i went to use same email and then i couldnt. So i dont know what i can do sadley. Thank you any, let me know if there is any other possible way.

Hi. Whenever I try and use one of the account recovery methods, it doesnt work. When I try and sign into microsoft account recovery with my email it says that the email doesnt exist. However, I know the account exists as I bought minecraft with it. Is there anything I can do about this or is my minecraft and microsoft account lost forever?

The only option is through the account recovery form which is the following: https://account.live.com/acsr, it must be taken into account that this is the only alternative or solution to recover an account, the support does not can help with these types of cases because they are not authorized, leaving the form as an option.
