I do not have yet the Voices of war req

Hi, I haven't received the voices of war req despite I watched the whole HCS event. Is there anything I can do?

So, to clarify, I already have the Voices of War REQ Pack, but I was wondering if it was possible that I would get something in lieu of the Voices of War REQ Pack, an additional copy of the pack, or nothing.

So far, I have not gotten any code nor any sort of error message.

If there's nothing in store for somebody who already has the pack, it's no problem. I was just wondering if there was.

Unfortunately, we have determined that this account did not have the proper Mixer credentials at the time of the stream.

Not having everything linked up properly at the time for the stream would mean the account would not qualify for the promotion.

To help you get that account linked up for future streams be sure to follow all of the steps on the

Mixer account linking guide.

There will be plenty of other streams in the future and we do hope you are able to take advantage of future MixPots!
