Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are
no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

There have been no offers for your region that award Credits for purchasing hardware.

"If you are unable to read the 25 characters of the digital code, you will need to request a replacement code by contacting aka.ms/contactxboxsupport.

When contacting customer support, be sure to provide proof of purchase, serial number, and an image of the damaged code.

Note Take a photo of the front and back of the card or take a photo of the receipt where the code is printed. This way, customer service can check the damage as well.

If you purchased the code from another dealer, be sure to provide the same details when you contact them."

You did not have any pending points. Your last deposit was in May 2016. You can see your deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund
with a negative amount. Note that promotional currency expires one year after being deposited.

If you're registered for the program, you can check how many credits you have on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending.

If you've never registered for the program, you would not have been eligible to earn any credits and would not have any to redeem.
