    Movie licensing issue

    I have a movie, abraham lincoln vampire hunter, in the movies and TV app that is giving me a licensing error. One of the chat support people thought it may have been from a promotion. If I own it I got a licensing problem. If it was a promotion then it isn't
    clearing from my library. We couldn't find it in my purchase history. Safe to say I am confused.

    Transferring games and DLC from the 360 to the One.

    yeah is there a way to do a next gen upgrade for Trials Fusion. i had bougt Trials Fusion digiatally on 360 then 3 days later i got an xbox one and was wondering since the game is for both 360 & one if there some way i can transfer licensing or whatever
    to my xbox one an not on my 360

    Hey there, to clarify, have you lost access to your account?

    no, I can continue using my account normally
    I think I understand what your asking you allowed your friend to put your account on his xbox and made his xbox your accounts home xbox and are now wanting to switch what console is your home xbox but have reached the 5 times in a year limit and are wanting
    to know if you can get more switches.

    If that is correct you would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and if your account is eligible they would be the ones that can reset that counter for you.

    Manky - have you done the license transfer? This should transfer all the licenses from a previous xbox to your latest one which should help you get round that problem. You can only do this once a year (I think) though. I had a problem accessing some of my
    downloads when I had to start a new profile after emigration to avoid lag, but the license transfer solved that. Hope that is helpful.
