    missing rewards points

    i did the a rewards story mission for points and made purchases for all 3 chapters but have not received credit for chapter 1 or points? what do i need to do?

    Not receiving xbox live rewards

    I have signed up for Xbox live rewards and made purchases through the market place but I have not received the 1250 points for my first purchase and I am also unable to complete any of the my missions and receive points for those

    I do not get points on missions and purchases made on live.

    For support to check, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Depending on when you purchased the Division, it could have counted towards one of two different Games on Demand punchcard offers. You would have needed to complete that offer in order to receive the credits.

    Horizon 3 would count toward the current "A Rewards Story" offer. You would need to complete the Past and Future portions of that offer in order to complete it and receive credits.

    Why is Microsoft ignoring theft from my XBox Live and Microsoft Billing Account?

    FIFA Points purchases show on Microsoft Billing Account. The Points that I did not purchase do not show on my XBox Live Account, probably up to around £70 worth. I have not yet worked out the exact amount. Microsoft are saying that the purchases were made
    from my console but my XBox Live Account shows that this is not at all correct. If the purchases were made from my console then they would show in my XBox Live Account.

    I had already mentioned the XBox Live and Microsoft Billing Accounts.

    Anyway, I can no longer use this account because if I add Microsoft Points to it they will be stolen just like the previous sets before I realized there was a problem. My son is the gamer and before it is mentioned, no he did not make these purchases either!

    Did you not read how he said he kept getting emails about Microsoft points being purchased and the Xbox live being cancelled. How could he have made a second account that he "forgot" about and purchase Microsoft points but have no recollection of purchasing
    said points on said account her forgot he made. Does he have a split personality disorder where his other personality lives it's own life with it's own bank card?

    It took me three trys to get my character made and complete the first race. What do u do in online gameplay. I had a mission avail with lamar. Is it both computer missions and real people missions. How do u start a mission with real people.

    Microsoft: Have Forza Horizon 3 already

    Those missions are for new purchases. You will not receive points for previous purchases.

    It is a sales thing to get folks to buy the game and get the reward.

    If you already own the game on disc there is no need to repurchase it. You just will not receive any points for it.
