I do not get any points anymore ...

Hi,

I have not got any points for several months. I have already asked in an earlier post for help from the support. There was a response from a support staff that took care of it. To this day nothing has changed. Recently I bought some games again and got no
points. The only thing I get is 250 points for surveys. Do I buy too much? : D

Your English is perfectly fine. I'm sorry to see any issues with your achievements, though! We had a similar situation last year where customers could not earn achievements until after a

factory reset of their console. I suggest giving that a shot; you can select the option to keep your games and apps for this. After you've done this, please try to earn another achievement.

Let us know if this works for you! We'll want to dig further into this if it doesn't help you out. Looking forward to working with you!

I do not get any achievements anymore

Helllo

First of all apologize for my english... My problem is i get none achievements anymore. I played resident evil 7 and it didn`t appear one single Story achievement since last week´s Friday, and i finished today without any achievement, and now i starded sunset
overdrive with the same Problem -_- I hope anyone can explain that or had this experience to.

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Furthermore, we see you received Credits as recently as October, and a deposit as recently as November. Since your purchases were all game consumables in November, you did not get payback. Pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible
for MyVIP payback.

It's been a few days now, still no reply tho. At this point, I doubt I'll even get any anymore tbf...

I have only gotten the 50 reward pts for getting an achievement twice since they nerfed points and I got them on the following day, not at the time when I got the achievement. There is no delay in the achievement triggering, nor any delay in it showing the pop-up, and it registers as completed, but I do not get any recognition from Rewards.

I'm also no longer able to get any points from doing bing searches via the Xbox anymore, so I've had to switch to doing the searches and my daily set via my desktop instead of using my Xbox.

I have been dealing with the same issues. But the only one i don't get is get an achievement in any game pass game quest earn 5 points. Have not been getting this anymore.
