I do no have my game pass code, it's not in the box, can you help me??

I'm sorry to hear that the game pass code isn't in the box of your Xbox One S bundle. I would like clarify, did you purchase the Xbox on our Microsoft store or in a retail store? Also, by any chance have you attempted to contact the store where you bought
the Xbox One S from?

The Live and Game Pass Trial subscriptions come on separate cards with printed codes on them inside the box. As for the free game(s), theirs a code on a printed card inside the box that you have to redeem on the console via your Xbox account, after creating
or signing into it.

Sometimes games are included in actual retail disc store brought display boxes with media inside with console deals. My Xbox had both, codes and discs inside the console box.

When you received the Console, did the box look like it had already been opened ? If not, have you fully checked everything in the box, paperwork, etc to make sure the redemption codes are not hiding somewhere in the documentation or in the box ? If no codes
in box, i would contact the company that you brought it (Console) from and request a replacement.

If this fails i would contact microsoft via the
Xbox Microsoft Support link and see what they can do.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your questions. You would need the home console set to the account that the game pass was redeemed on. You can review how game pass is set up

here.

As for the recurring billing, when you redeem a code. On the screen where you confirm there is a box checked for auto renew set up. All you need to do is uncheck the box in the future when redeeming codes. You will have to log in on the
account website to turn off the auto renew on the game pass subscription.
