If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards page.

You will have to do the tasks it offers and get the points.

That is a promotion through the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. You would need to contact their

customer support for assistance. Keep in mind if you bought the game before the offer was available, it may not be eligible.

The fastest way to get reward points would be to do daily tasks and buying games. The family sharing points is something available but I'm not sure if you want to risk potentially getting banned by doing something Microsoft wouldn't want you to do.
