I didn't revieve ANY WARNING about gettingt banned

You can appeal your suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, by visiting this page:

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time.

Afaik you do not get banned immediatly. We all have a green level and with every negative behaviour it changes the color to yellow and later to red. And if you reached it you get banned. At least it's what my sis got, when she got banned for 72
hours for toxic behaviour. She got a link to a website where she saw her current level incl. hints what to do, to go back to green.

The rep system has nothing whatsoever to do with whether you can get banned/suspended or not.

If you are caught violating the ToU/CoC you will receive enforcement action,no matter the colour of your "rep" level.
