I didn't recieve the $5 code for elf

I talked to microsoft support and they said since I didn't recieve the code, to come here for help.

Groove 3 month code not solved

You don't recieve a code until a full billing cycle which is 30 days which makes it not possible to use the code by the 31st i didn't even recieve the code until mid september

And i didn't recieve it where i was supposed to recieve it which caused it to expire

Again this is Microsoft's problem not mine

 

Halo Wars DE code has not arrived preordered on the 18th of december
